1. Tickets for Questors productions are on general sale.

2. Discounts: Questors ‘Company’ and ‘Playgoer’ members are entitled to discounted ticket prices for most productions. Members may be asked to show their membership cards. Members’ tickets are not transferable.

3. Concessions: concessions (where applicable) are available to senior citizens, full time students, state benefit claimants and Ealing Leisure Pass holders. Evidence may be requested.

4. Reservations: Only Questors ‘Company’ members may reserve tickets. These must be paid for within 7 days or 2 days before the performance if that is sooner or they will be released.

5. Refunds and exchanges: if tickets are returned at least 3 days prior to the performance they may be exchanged for another date or a credit against future bookings may be given. Cash will not, in normal circumstances, be refunded.

6. Free child tickets: Company or Playgoer members may bring up to four children to most performances (excludes Christmas shows and special events) at no extra charge when booked at the same time as the member’s ticket. Tickets to be collected from the box office with the child(ren) present. ‘Child’ is under 18 and in full time education

7. Group bookings: every tenth ticket purchased in one name for a single performance will be free. This will be the lowest priced ticket and is not available for the final Friday or Saturday of the run.

8. School bookings: concessions are available to school parties for certain designated performances. For more details contact the office on 0208 567 0011.

9. Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

10. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

11. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

12. Management reserves the right to alter the advertised programme if this should prove necessary.
